Refund policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase and will work with you to achieve it.

CANCELLATION 

1. An order placed can be canceled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your Order id on vriksh.orissa@gmail.com 

2. A refund for a canceled order will be processed within 1-2 working days and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account.

3. No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale.

EXCHANGE 

1. Once an order is delivered, if you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 2 days of receiving the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item or any other, send us an email at vriksh.orissa@gmail.com along with a reason for the exchange and we will be happy to coordinate with you.

2. Please do make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it, with the tags intact. We do not accept returned merchandise if the tags are cut off.

3. We will strive to process all returns within 5 working days. We do not cover the expense of returns from you. Washed, used or ironed pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchange requests are subject to the discretion of the 'Vriksh' team.

RETURN

1. We do not offer returns or refunds on any order placed. Only exchange.
