Leher by Vrikshdesigns is a collection of handspun handwoven Tussar silk saree that represents the true essence of Odisha. These sarees are purely handwoven without any use of modern machinery, by local village weavers who have been indulged in this profession for decades. Tussar silk is produced from the larva of a silkworm called ‘Antheraea Mylitta’ that is valued for its wild and exotic nature. The extremely skillful Tussar weavers use a traditional ‘Jala’ technique to create an embellished cultural motif texture which is one of the special features of these handwoven tussar silk sarees.  This beautiful designer saree reflects the spirit of the modern woman in her gorgeous best.
